Hello, my name is John. I was born and raised in San Francisco, where I spent most of my childhood outdoors—running, competing in track and field, and competing in dragon boat races. I’ve been involved in dragon boat racing since my teenage years, and it eventually sparked my passion for hands-on learning and coaching.
I discovered my love for coaching in 2010, right after high school, when I began coaching the high school dragon boat team at the Community Youth Center. That passion deepened in 2014 after seeing the incredible transformation in the high school athletes I worked with—we swept every division with gold medals that season, and witnessing the impact of effective coaching changed the course of my career. To this day I still paddle and compete in dragon boat as a hobby.
Today, I help busy desk-bound professionals, seniors, and anyone who wants to remove the guesswork from fitness and achieve their goals efficiently. With over 15 years of training and coaching experience, I understand both the challenges and rewards of building a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Nothing fulfills me more than guiding people who are ready to learn, grow, and improve their quality of life through fitness.
My priority is simple: Help you eliminate pain and build mobility so you can feel strong again.
