Where will personal training take place?
At Raise the Bar Fitness (1655 Taraval Street San Francisco, California 94116)
(I have no affiliations with them, I am just renting their gym space.)
How does packages work?
From the date of purchase, they have the following life span:
5 sessions package = 8 weeks
10 sessions package = 15 weeks
15 sessions package = 20 weeks
What can I expect at a consultation?
*We will discuss your goals
*Reasons for personal training
*Health/fitness/injuries history
*Any other questions or concerns you may have
Please be ready to do some exercises for a fitness assessment.
*We will get your bodyweight
*Body measurements and bodyfat measurement
*Receive a workout and diet plan tailored to your goals
What is the cancellation policy?
Must provide a 24 hour notice prior to our training session to cancel, otherwise 1 session will be forfeited
What are the accepted forms of payment?
Zelle, Chase Quick Pay or Cash. No refunds so please be sure you are 100% committed
How does online coaching work?
After a virtual consultation, I will provide you a custom workout and diet program
We will do weekly check-ins via text or call based on your weekly updates
