Hello! Born and raised in San Francisco, I grew up playing outdoors, competed in track and field, and still competing in dragon boat races since I was a teenager. I learned best through hands-on activities and fell in love with coaching when I started coaching dragon boat in 2010 right out of high school. Ever since I fell in love coaching and teaching people after seeing the impact I made on the high school students at the Community Youth Center dragon boat team in 2014 where we swept all division in getting gold medals.

Now here I am, helping busy professionals to the elderly who want to remove the guesswork and want to achieve their fitness goals efficiently. Through my 15 years of training and coaching, I have experienced both the challenges and rewards of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Witnessing those willing to learn and improve their quality of life through fitness makes me very fulfilled! My priority is to help you achieve your fitness goal(s) that best suits your situation and needs.
