It will depend on your availability and location, but currently I have multiple options with fully equipped gyms to train at.
Does the training package and lifestyle have an expiration date?
Lifestyles are good from each recurring charged date for:
4 sessions = 2 months /// 8 sessions = 3 months /// 12 sessions /// 4 months

What can I expect at the consultation?
We will discuss your goals, reasons for personal training, past history with health/fitness/injuries, scheduling, payment options, and any other questions you may have. No workout attire is required.
What can I expect during our first personal training session?
Weigh-in, measure specific body parts based on goal, measure bodyfat, and fitness assessment. After the session, you will receive a workout plan and diet plan tailored to your goals.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
Cash, Check, Zelle or Chase Quick Pay. No refunds, so please be sure you are 100% committed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Must provide a 36 hour notice prior to our training session to cancel, otherwise 1 session will be consumed.
How does online coaching work?
After a consultation virtually or in person, I provide you a custom workout and diet program, and then we do follow-ups via email/phone/text based on your updates weekly.
